22KW Whole House installation

Ww contacted TEPS because our neighbor used them for his whole house installation. Originally talked to John, he was very helpful, and prompt. I talked to Heather to set up initial walk around for their estimate, which turned our very reasonable. Heather set up a very prompt install, and very customer oriented for a great outcome. Couldn't be happier with the install, and installers. Earl, Mike, and Sal did a great job, we discussed a couple things, they were very informative with the generator and explained how it worked, along with the wi-fi function. Would recommend them for any electrical issue, generator install needs you might have. Thank you, Dennis

These guys have been great from start to finish. Came out and gave us a professional review and quote. Unlike the other company that came out- TEPS does everything instead of sub contracting. They came out earlier than they said would and got everything installed beautifully. Coordinated with another trade about installation of equipment so as to not impost on them. All their crew and personnel have been friendly, professional and efficient. ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys.

Very Professional

I had a generator system installed. The technicians who did the installation were all very professional. There were some unique installation issues in my garage. The technicians worked closely with me and developed solutions to my issues. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. They left the worksite completely clean when they were finished.

Great company; greatpeople

Jon and Heather and their crew did a fantastic job installing our generator. They finished the job before ours early and asked if they could start on ours - so the install was completed earlier than expected. When the local inspectors where a bit slow getting the paper work completed, Heather made the calls to be sure it got done. Easy to work with and super responsive. Would definitely recommend this team.

Outstanding Installation and service

Jon and Heather were fantastic. Despite supply chain issues, they bent over backwards to get me a generator as soon as they could. Installation and customer service were 1st rate. I really appreciated the veteran discount they gave my wife and I who are both veterans.

Great Dealer

This is the type of company I like doing business with. Their employees were all friendly and professional. Installation took a couple days and at the end of each day everything was cleaned up like they were never there. I can't say enough nice things about them from the start they weren't pushy they just answered my questions. There was no price gouging in fact I felt the price was more than fair. If you live in the Reno or surrounding area give them a call, you'll be glad you did I was. Thank you for a job well done.
