unresponsive to issues

I bought a home Generac home standby generator from Top Notch Electric, Inc. I was told that I qualified for a free 7-yr. warrantyfrom Generac. Generac denied my applicationfor the warranty, stating that Top Notch Electricwas not a "participating vendor"!

Good Service

I called Top Notch for a quote, received same day response from the owner. Came onsite, gave me full assessment and recommendations. The product was ordered and installed within 3 weeks of 1st contact. Installation took less than 6hrs and was impressed with the quality of the installation. Looks like it was installed when the house was built. Highly recommend Top Notch for generator installation and electrical work.

Poor service

Called top notch to have service work done on the generator they installed for my now deceased father on 7/23/14.I called on 1/18/16 to have the generater looked at, was told they would show up. Nothing. Left another message on their machine on 3/7/16. No reply, no show. I will not recommend top notch to my customers in my hair salon.
