Tom Mcclellan Electric

Poor Service

Tom McClellan is unpleasant to do business with. When we had a dispute over his charges he was nasty and unprofessional. I would not do business with him again or recommend him to others.

Extraordinary

Tom McClellan was extraordinary in every way in educating us about and resolving our issue with exactly what we needed. He is enthusiastic about and thoroughly expert in his work, which becomes very obvious in interacting with him. He took service to an extraordinary level, and we were beyond grateful to have come across this contractor to take care of our issue. You need not look further. TME is top notch! Generac is fortunate to have TME as a dealer.

Great service from a knowledgeable professional

Tom did a great job installing my 22kW generator. He did the detailed up front work to scope out the job, and then performed it exactly as specified. He was not the cheapest, or most expensive, but when he reviewed the installation and described his implementation I was confident that he was the right choice. I couldn't be happier with his service.
