Great Customer Service
TMR Generators installed our generator a few years go. Wade and his crew did a fantastic job on our installation. The generator operation was explained in great detail to us. They connected our Mobil link account which has been very beneficial.TMR has done all of our yearly maintenance and always check on us during prolonged power outages.

Great Customer Service
Very responsive on my initial contact. The leve of effort to clean the generator and transfer switch was impressive. I asked many questions and every answer for polite and professional. I have found our families Generac technician. He will also be who I reference in the future to other Generac customers.

Great dealer
I am so thankful I found this company to install my generator. From the first time I called them to the finish what ever they told you they would do and what it would cost that\u2019s what they done. Could not ask for any better company they were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their product. During the snow storm we had in February they we\u2019re working over time making sure customers were good. I highly recommend them. They take care of their customers.

Required to pay for generator before installation. Dealer tried to install a generator 1 1/2 years old. I refused the installation. He then took 6 months to install the correct generator. When the generator was used during a power outage it blew the circuit boards in clothes dryer, coffee pot, TV, PC and other sensitive electronics. He said that the generator needed a surge protector installed and that it would be after the holidays (christmas) before he could install it. It has been 6 months and haven't heard from him. He will not return my phone calls. A bad deal from the start.

Great at his job
Gave me a rough estimate for my job ahead of time. Came out on time, switched over old Generator and installed new one. He also re-worked the transfer box to include adding breakers I wanted to come on if power went out. This was not an easy task. Had all tools needed, very polite and knowledgable. His fee was what he said it would be, even though I know it was a bigger job then we originally thought. I look forward to useing him again if the need arises. Very Proffessional
