Excellent on time professional service

Have dealt with this company for the last several years. Although my Generac was not purchased thru them, they have always responded on time and extremely courteous. Work was done well, and service was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any service or purchase of a generator. As a matter of fact, I am doing that for a neighbor right now after he saw my installation.

Josh P. and his assistant were very professional, considerate, respectful of our house and pets and showed a willingness and the knowledge to deal with the issues that come with installing a generator in a 150 year old house in the middle of winter. They where able to change their original plan of attack to one that solved the problems of frozen ground etc. Josh's easy manner and understanding of our needs was a delight! We are very happy with the unit and its installation.

They called us right away, they came out to the house 3 times durring our decision process. Showed when said and price was the one quoted. We also are having some electrical work done in the home and they are doing it. Family business and we felt like they were part of a team as well. We reccomend this dealer.
