Terrible Service
We have paid $778 in repairs for our generator to Thompson & Thompson and it is still not working and they will not follow up on the issue. Their service provider informed us that the warranty repairs were denied. We called Generac and were informed that it was only denied because Thompson & Thompson did not file the paperwork correctly. We have called them multiple times trying to resolve this issue and they keep saying they will call us back the next day.
