Generac purchased in 2016\u2026fast forward to 2020..he was called and came and took air filter out and said he would bring new one in couple days\u2026.called over 15 times and never returned calls\u2026called another local company and they were here in the week to service it\u2026.

This dealer is number one.

Recently, I had a Generac 20K generator installed. This dealer worked closely with me throughout the entire process, and he displayed professionalism in every way. Did I watch his every move? No. However, I would check on him occasionally, and we would chit-chat while he worked. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable as he went about his business, and I couldn't have expected him to be friendlier. In fact, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. I have asked him to service my unit as needed, and he has agreed to do just that. Whether or not I will have problems with this dealer in the future remains to be seen, but what I have experienced with him thus far, I seriously doubt he will present a problem. If it happens, then I will have misjudged this person entirely. Therefore, at this point, I will have to give him good marks. To date, my wife and I are awaiting the first power outage since the installation of our Generac generator. If there is a problem, then I will be giving this dealer a call, for we have placed our trust in both the generator itself and the dealer.

AWFUL

We purchased a generator from this dealer in 2010. During the past year, we have had some issues with the unit. I have tried to contact him over 20x to have this issue resolved. Did I hear back from him? NO!Is this how a business treats theirs customers? Apparently this is how this dealer does. Once he sells the unit to you, you are up a creek without a paddle.If he is not going to be helpful, or come to fix the unit then he should not be selling this product. He is giving Generac a BAD name is the area! The executives need to review his business practices because his is VERY POOR!!

Don't let him get a unit for you!!

Wouldn't recommend this guy to do anything!! Only seen him on the day that he put the unit in and have called him because of problems that we have been having with the unit and he has never came back to our house again.Had to call another tech and when he came out our warranty was ran out on the labor part of the warranty. We had to pay for the labor and travel time out of our pocket, even though we had called to get the other guy to come out before the warranty was out.
