Easy, fantastic experience

Fantastic experience with Thomas Edison Electric. Very quick to respond to an emergency call. Mike and Artur were friendly and ensured I understood the options presented prior to beginning work. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, walked me through the work they had done, and made sure I was satisfied and had no questions.

The electrician, Eli, was on time and very professional. Eli was able to troubleshoot the problem and we are very satisfied with the result. During his visit, Eli was thorough and explained to us the steps he was taking. Eli is very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Stellar Service!

I was impressed with Thomas Edison Electric from the friendly professional who assisted me with securing an appointment, the individual who provided confirmation and follow-up, to the electrician who assessed and serviced our unit. With each contact, I realized I had hit the generator service jackpot. The electrician was personable, professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering the numerous questions that asked. It is not often that one encounters this level of service throughout the entire process. I expect to have our generator serviced and maintained by none other than Thomas Edison Electric for years to come.

The best & efficient dealer I have ever had!

From my first call to the end when the Electrician finished. Kyle was beyond fantastic, prompt, explained a different way of doing something that we knew nothing about, and the outcome made us speechless. He was very neat and cleaned up each area that he worked in. If we ever need and type of services like these, they are at the top of the list hands down! One very impressive item was their communications with us from calling to let us know that Kyle was on his way and a f/u when the work was completed. Kudos to everyone at this company. They are the finest..
