Lights were out and Generac was not working. Called after hours. On call person was out on a call the guy taking the phone calls came out so I wouldn\u2019t have to wait. Fixed it in no time. Professional, knowledgeable, great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend and will always use.

dealer was unprofessional

Dealer was called to my home to fix a problem under warranty. His team tried but did not fix the problem. I received a bill that charged for parts that were not replaced and the generator was under full 2 yr . warranty . When I called to tell the owner the problem was not fixed since he was in the area he came over. When he arrived and I told him it was under warranty he said" If I would have known I would not have come".He fixed the problem and demanded that I pay him.

Professional Installation

Cort and his team did an outstanding installation on my generator.I\u2019m very satisfied! They went through a lot of headaches running underground power from electric company; then the gas company installed the wrong meter & regulator to supply the proper gas pressure to generator!Through it all Cort and his team treated me with the utmost courtesy, respect and friendliness even though I watched them work!
