These guys do a fantastic job. From my first call to the final installation and generator checkout they were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The quality of work was A+. The technicians were polite and efficient.They were very considerate as they had to come in and out of the house all day, and they left the area clean. We are very pleased with our installation.

Alpha Electrical installed our Generac home back-up generator. I could not be happier with the job they did and the responsiveness of the team to questions I had and emails I sent. MIKE AND HIS HELPER, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, BUT I FORGOT HIS NAME, DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB WITH MY GENERAC 18Kw GENATOR INSTALL. IT WAS NOT AN A VERY HOT DAY WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL IT, THEN THE INSTALL WAS NOT A EASY INSTALL AT ALL, THEY NEVER COMPLAINED AT ALL I APOLOGIZED FOR TIME THEY WERE HAVING GETTING IT, AND THEY SAID THAT EACH INSTALL WAS DIFFERENT, IT NEVER BOTHERED THEM AT ALL. THE INSTALL PROBLEMS WERE OF NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, IT WAS ALL ON MY END. THEY NEVER TOOK A LUNCH BREAK TO MY KNOWLEDGE, THEY KEPT RIGHT ON WORKING. THEY FINALLY GOT IT DONE ABOUT 7:00 OR 7:30 THAT EVENING, CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT, AMP & VOLT WISE, THEN WHEN THEY WERE RUNNING THE WIRE TO AIR CONDITIONER, THEY NOTICED SOME WIRES WERE CAPPED, AND SOME WERE JUST TAPED WITH BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE, THEY FIXED THAT PART TOO. THEDE GUY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR JOB, AND I HAD NO DOUBT IN MY MIND WHEN THEY LEFT, IT WAS RIGHT !!!! MIKE, HIS HELPER ( AND AGAIN I\u2019M SORRY I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME, I\u2019M TERRIBLE WITH NAMES ), KEITH, AND DELAN ARE ALL TOP NOTCH AT ALPHA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS LLC. FROM THE FREE ESTIMATE, TO LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT HOW FAR OUT MY INSTALL WOULD BE, TO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION OF THE GENERAC GENATOR.
