Great Machine

These guys are awesome. I bought mine in Jan. 2025. They came out and hooked everything up while I was ay work, and was waiting on me to get home before they left. These guys are truly PROFESSIONAAL. Cant thank yall enough for a awesome job!!!!!!!

Excellent work. Would recommend to anyone.

From the initial visit to installation everything went as planned. Always showed up on time and excellent work.

Complete package, product, company, support.

Very rare to find a company that stresses service above all other parameters. From installation, monitoring, and technical support, and education of the consumer they are top tier. Yesterday Chase continued that profile as he tuned the unit and left it sparkling. He reviewed a number of functional components and was quite courteous despite our service call the last for his day. You cannot go wrong.

The best hands down!!!!

Good reliable service. Great technicians. Very polite and well mannered employees.

Excellent Service

Chase came and serviced our Generac today and couldn't have been nicer! He did an excellent job and took his time and somehow managed to get all of the tree sap off of it as well. It was looking rough and now looks brand new. Everyone I've come onto contact with with A.E.C. have been so nice and easy to work with. I appreciate y'all!

Service was excellent

This company was highly recommend to me and I feel like I made a good move technician was very Friendly. He was on time and he took care of my problems.

Very Helpful

I had an issue back in August when we had a power flicker because of a thunderstorm and we lost power even with the generator on. I called Keith directly and he was at a ball game I think. Anyway he talked me through resetting a faulty part so that we got our power back on. My wife was in the middle of getting ready so we could attend my nephews first college football game of the season (she needed power for flat iron and blow dryer) so he literally saved the day with her and we made it to the game just in time for the opening kick off! First thing Monday morning he had a technician out changing out the faulty part to prevent this happening again.

Excellent experience with The Gen King

These guys do a fantastic job. From my first call to the final installation and generator checkout they were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The quality of work was A+. No garbage left, nothing out of place, everything neat and tidy when complete. Even the electrical inspector commented on their work. Highly recommend TheGenKing. Keath, Delan, Cole and Chase are true professionals.

Very Satisfied!!

Happy with the Service! Happy with communication! Great to work with!

Efficient, Polite and Neat!

The technicians were polite and efficient. They were very considerate as they had to come in and out of the house all day, and they left the area clean. We are very pleased with our installation.
