Pay twice

The owner came to my house talking about God and his ethics so I would feel good about using him. Then it was all down hill from there. He sent a couple goof balls to install my generator. The inspector came after it was done and refused to pass the job. The goof balls came back and corrected their work so it would pass inspection. Then I got a bill for the corrections. seriously? Charge me to do it wrong the first time and charge me again to fix it? Is this the ethics the owner implied up front? If I wanted a clown show, I would have gone to the circus.

Been installing units since 2004

Thee Electric Co was great thru the whole process of our unit from the estimate to the installation, the personnel and final inspections. We are looking forward to having them service our unit in the future and would highly recommend them.

Would never recommend them

Thee installed the unit over two years ago and they have yet to finish the job. Inspector for the local government wanted corrections made to exposed wires and routing and when I call all I get is "You are in the pile of call backs and we will get to you when we can"

Regrets

Having my generator installed by Thee Electric was such a mistake. I really didn't need the stress that Thee brought into my life.The installers cut holes in my walls without even giving me a warning. They threw the construction trash on the floor at their feet without using a drop cloth and then walked on it all day tracking it thru my home. The walls in the area they worked were smeared with dirt. My basement floor and walls now needs to be re painted. When I spoke to the owner, he told me he would send out his electrician to paint my floor and walls. I told him that I wasn't comfortable having his electrician painting for me as his carelessness was the reason for painting in the first place. The owner told me that I was just being difficult. The electrical inspector would not pass their work so I ended up hiring another dealer to come and make the necessary corrections.Now on top of the cost for the generator, I have to pay for a paint job, another dealers labor to make corrections and deal with the anxiety from it all.I do love my Generac though !!

Never got back with estimate,called and he still failed to qive me a quote. very upset over how I was treated as a potential customer.

I fully intended on installing a whole house backup generator. All he had to is email me the quote..which I thought he would give me a quote when he came to my home. I had to call and inquiry about the quote and he stated he had been too busy with church and the holidays. To this day, he has never contacted my nor emailed me a quote to purchase and install an 1100w generator. I would never recommend Thee Electric if you are a serious buyer as I was.

Thanks goodness they had a cancellation and were able to come out 2 hours after I initially called. He talked me through some standard issues and that will help in the future.

Prompt,professional and did as promised

I contacted Generac for a dealer in my area, within an hour Thee Electric Company contacted me and we set up a home site review. The home site review was very helpful in determining the size and site criteria for a generator installation. We received a detailed proposal covering all we discussed, and THEE Electric made this an all inclusive process with permit, natural gas hook-up as well as all the electrical work and materials. I contacted the dealer and after a brief Q&A, I accepted the proposal and the process was set in motion. The delivery and installation went exactly as the dealer outlined and everything is working perfect. The day of the installation, the team ran the generator and established all the generator settings, including setting up the "Mobile Link" with my contact information. The installation team was respectful of my home and was very professional and polite. The generator has cycled with its weekly test and we have received the updated status by Mobile Link to my email. The dealer has followed-up to make sure all is working properly and to inform me he has established my generator's warranty with Generac.The 11/10kW Generac is on standby to power my home when needed :)

This dealer is top notch

I have professionally dealt with Thee Electric since 1983. They have been a "Generac" dealer since approx. 2003. I have spoke with a number of their "Generac" customers and have always had excellent responses rather in sales or the service end of their business. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and are customer service oriented.
