Angelo very professional competent\u2026good employee would call again

I didn't have a generator installed, but I had some major electrical repairs done to my home. The technicians identified the source of my problem and applied a temporary repair until they could schedule the actual repair work. They arrived on time and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. I would consider hiring them for additional electrical repairs. Plus, their work was reviewed by an independent electrical inspector before they left.

Service is always prompt and all employees are helpful and professional.

They always answer very timely and work with you to figure out what is wrong. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Wire Guys are top shelf. They are and have been great for me and my equipment for the past eight years. i have never had an issue and the one time I needed a replacement part it was ordered and reinstalled quickly and with little down time. I would recommend these guys to everyone who would ask, and I do. Because they are the best....

i had the 22kw generator installed on july 21,2022 and the first tune-up on 8-30-2023. the guys who came out to perform the install were very good and informative.Angelo who came out and did the tune-up was as friendly as the day he came out to do the install. I do recommend The Wire Guys as they were as professional as can be. even with my questions.

Excellent at all levels. They saved our fund raiser. PPl told us fix your meter and get it inspected or they'll cut our power and that weekend we had a very big fund raiser. The Wire Guys saved the day came and fixed our problem and had it inspected, and we had a very successful fund raiser.

Wire Guys installed our Generac in January 2020. They stayed until the job was done by lighting up our back yard to work safely. The electrician who came this January to do a yearly service on the unit was to arrive at 9:00 am; he was running late but called to inform us. He got right to work upon his arrival; informed us when the power would off and made sure unit operated properly. We are impressed by the professionalism of this company.

Had 4 bedrooms installed recessed lighting. Work was completed as promised, and happy with lights. This being said, a humming noise is present on lights, mentioned it to crew and was not resolved. Also one light was left hanging out of ceiling after crew left and work was completed. I needed to install last night by myself.

I had them come and do some work for me. When they had finished I had them put me back on their calendar to come back in a couple of weeks for another job. Brian is excellent.

Arc Electric/The Wire Guys serviced the Generac emergency generator that they installed last fall. Their service work was excellent as always!

The office was very accommodating since this is our weekend home. On the morning of service Angelo called from the road to say he could be a little earlier if it was convenient. He was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, efficient and went out of his way to explain the service and what we should do in the future. We are almost 50 miles from the Wire Guys but you would have thought they were next door.

First Year PM on my 14K unit that was installed by the Wire Guys. Good to see the same people who did the installation do the PM service on the Generac. They called prior to arriving to insure timeliness of appointment. Both Technicians knew exactly what to do and went about their work in a precise manner. They were very clean regarding the oil change not spilling one drop of spent or new oil. They were methodical regarding changing plugs, checking gaps and installing fresh ones. They checked and serviced the battery and examined the transfer switch. These technicians were among the most professional and knowledgeable regarding servicing my 14K Generac unit. They even cleaned the exterior of the cabinet prior to leaving. I was most pleased with their visit.

Recently had an issue with my Generac generator. A young man named Nick came out to trouble shoot it, he said I would need a new rotor and stator, costing over 2,000 dollars. He was very eager to talk about selling me a new generator, also. I had another local contractor come out and reevaluate the generator. Within 15 minutes he determined it to be a voltage regulator. Only costing me 200.00 DOLLARS. The first tech seemed to have little knowledge of these products, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

The people who prepared the instillation of the outdoor lighting--the company who sold the lighting and the two men who installed it--and the end result are all very impressive. The surge protection that they added to our electric system is so important since we just had a very severe thunder/lightning storm. The professionalism of the workers and their ability is something that I would recommend to anyone. They have served our needs now 3 times on three different occasions

The installers showed up on time and went right to work. They did not even take a break until the job was finished. Both men were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When the installation was completed, they tested all their work to make sure everything was functional. They found the source of circuit shortage and fixed it effectively, installing a new circuit box and replacing an incorrectly sized circuit breaker. They pointed out and explained the problem and showed me what to replace to avoid another occurrence of the same problem in another circuit. The billing was not inexpensive, but was reasonable.
