The Shock Doc Electrical Srvcs LLC

Best in Galveston Cty.

I could not ask for anything better from this company. I cannot believe it but it was an easy process. I told Travis at the end I thought the process was going to require multiple jumps through fire hoops like in a circus. I started off with Travis who came to the house, told me my options along with giving me an idea of a timeline of the entire project. I needed to find a map of my property so he could submit this to the city. For some reason, when I was talking to Travis I knew I was not going to get any better then The Shock Doc. I didn't want cheap because I wanted someone to make sure they were going to be accountable for the services provided. I then "met" Viviana and Ashley. Any natural disasters and those ladies should be running the show because they are on top of it. Ashley gave me a clear timeline and continued to make sure I was aware of what was going on with the project. Any questions, call Ashley or send a text. The text during work hours was tremendously helpful. David was also a gem and totally professional. David gave me an update on what was expected when the electric was shut off and his work is clean/tidy. Ben was very friendly and did a great job with the pouring of the concrete. This was a pretty big first purchase for my house and I think everyone knew it. If I had questions, they were answered. If I wanted to take a look at what was going on during the project, not a big deal. Honestly, if you are in Galveston County. Go Local.

Generator install

I recently had a Generac standby generator installed, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the service. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless, thanks to the professionalism of the entire team. The office staff was fantastic—everything was handled for me. The only thing I had to do was call in for the temporary disconnect, and the rest was taken care of. The installation crew was equally impressive, making sure there were no messes left behind and handling everything with precision. The generator itself is mounted on a 2ft high metal stand on 12in concrete pad, which was designed by an engineer for flood protection—definitely peace of mind knowing it's built to withstand various weather conditions. Plus, the setup included mobile link functionality, so I can monitor the generator directly from the palm of my hand via my smartphone. This is a huge convenience! An added bonus is that the company offers generator maintenance, so I don’t have to worry about upkeep down the line. It’s all part of the package, which has made this whole process even more hassle-free. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the professional installation. The team did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality standby generator. Top of the line all the way!

Great company 10/10!

I recently had The Shock Doc Electrical install a 24kW generator at my home, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call to the final installation, every team member I interacted with was helpful, professional, and clearly committed to making the process smooth. Scheduling was easy and flexible, and I really appreciated how well they communicated throughout the project. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Shock Doc Electrical to anyone needing electrical work done right.
