The Generator Guys LLC

Thanks to The Generator Guys, my Generac generator runs smoothly year after year. I never worry about losing power during a storm. The Generator Guys are the most professional group of experts you'll find. They receive my highest recommendation!

Matthew did a great job servicing and explaining how to maintain the generator.

Great

I expect the transition to happen February 20th? Or about that date. Thank you.

great company

the generator guys have been servicing my generator for years now. they are prompt and courteous and explain everything they do. i also had a lightning strike that "cooked" the control panel and they were prompt in service. i highly recommend this company.

Great service

Bought our generator from the Guys 4 years ago and have had a great experience from install to annual maintenance. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience

We used the Generator Guys to put in a whole house generator at my mom's house, and it was a great experience start to finish. They're quick to respond, provide lots of easy to understand info, and are friendly and easy to work with. The process was relatively quick once we made the decision to go with them, and everything went smoothly. The workers are respectful, do neat work, and left nothing to be desired. I appreciate their straightforward pricing and their very streamlined process - it makes the whole thing so much easier. In our case, the only additional cost was needing a larger propane tank and the gas connection. If you're looking for a whole house generator, these are your guys - don't waste time with other installers.

Great Service

I receive annual inspections and The Generator Guys are always punctual and do a great job servicing our Generator.

Excellent servicer

The Generator Guys are far more friendly and proactive than other service providers. They send you emails in advance advising what to do ahead of storms and are reliable and trustworthy.

Generator Guys are great!

The Generator Guys installed my generator over 10 years ago. The installation was seamless and void of any issues whatsoever. In addition, the servicing, which is actually more important than the original setup, has been first class. My concerns are always answered in a timely fashion. Raj always responds to my inquiries either via phone or e-mails in a more than timely manner. Adam is a great guy who is extremely knowledgeable and competent servicing the generator. Kevin also worked on the smooth installation process. Anyone who would not consider them for their generator needs would be doing themselves a disservice. In summary, I have been nothing less than extremely happy and satisfied with The Generator Guys.

Peace of mind investment

Found their service for my generator to be top notch.
