The Generator Connection

Best Generator Service In New England! Highly recommended

We are happy to finally find a service dealer that knows what they are doing and stocks parts in their service vehicles! We had continuous "OC" Over Crank Failures on our generator, tried (3) local dealers each of which gave incomplete diagnosis, only one showed up for a return trip and still couldn't get the system running properly. Alex from the Generator Connnection came out, quickly found that the valves and spark plug gap was out of spec, replaced the failed Fuel Solenoid Valve he had in hand and also found that it couldn't handle my full home electrical load due to inproperly sized gas line, I wish i went with the Generator Connection to start!!! Highly recommended.

Great company to work with!

After having a local electrician install my Generac generator, Generator Connection was there for me when the unit ran into some issues a couple months after my installation. They got my machine back up and running and were able to process all my warranty claims. I'm now enrolled in their yearly maintenance plan and couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended!

We'll organized professional staff and technicians.

I called regarding an issue with my home generator system and the generator connection's service department scheduled the service call immediately, one of their tech's showed up on time clean cut and had my unit fixed in under an hour, good experience, were now on their annual service program and haven't had an issue since. Highly recommended. -Kevin
