Love the Generator Authority!

I had an authorized dealer put in my generac 2 years ago, it has never worked. The dealer who put it in will not return calls or come out and try and diagnose what is wrong. Generac, the company doesnt answer their phones so I had no help there. I finally found Gary, The Generator Authority. He came out when he said he would and within 2 minutes at it running! I wanted to kiss him! (I did get a hug!) Stay away from Doolittle Electric at all costs and I wish Generac, at the very least, would have a customer service line that someone actually answered. Thank you!

The Generator Authority installed our Generac Generator two years ago. They serviced it after one year like they said they would and it has worked flawlessly the whole time. It exercises itself every two weeks and we often comment to each other when notice it happening, We love it.
