Emergency Generator project

The GenStop is located within two miles from my house and can be a major factor should any emergency service/parts be required. Wayne is very friendly, knowledgeable and practical. The main delay in the project was getting the permit from the parish. Once this was approved, his staff poured the concrete pad, allowed the concrete to cure, installed the generator and hooked up the gas and power. The Inspector did not find any problems with the installation. I am very pleased with the complete project.

Professional installation!

The Gen Stop installed a new 26kw generator on a 7\u201d inch concrete slab. They were very professional and always responsive to my calls and text. Still waiting for Generac to correct my warranty from 5 years to 7 years.

Great company

Mr Wayne came out a couple days after I called and had an estimate for me quickly. I decided to go with them for my 22kw. When the orders came in, they let me know and set up an install for June 2021. They came out and built the custom platform several weeks before the install. Install went great without any issues and generator was set up and ready to run. Hurricane Ida hit 2.5 months later and my generator ran flawlessly for 6 days( I stopped and checked the oil daily) and changed it twice because we had high water and they couldn\u2019t get out here to service it. A week later they came out and serviced it again due to it running for IDA In recommend them to everyone that is looking for a Generator
