The Electric Touch Company located in Newbury Park, especially Arie, Jose, Nicola, were friendly, responsive, and very professional both in their help in defining our needs and the installation of the generator, gas line, propane tank, Automatic Transfer switch. We just experience the first self-test of the generator which went off without a hitch.I wouldn't say I'm hoping for a power outage, but I now have the peace of mind I was after knowing that if there's an earthquake, or other disaster, a loss of power won't be added to any other losses we might suffer.

We were very pleased with the work that this company did at our home. From start to finish Arie and his team were amazing they answered all of our questions and concerns and completed the work in a timely fashion, I will use them again for any Electrical needs that we have in the future.

Arie came recommended by our neighbor. He did a very good job of helping us assess our needs and get the right Generac for our property. Then Arie and his crew did a very professional installation, including natural gas line hookup and installation of a new 400amp panel and subpanel for us. Arie is smart, efficient, and very conscientious. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up perfectly. We now have a beautiful new Generac that cuts over immediately upon power loss and powers the entire house as though there was no power loss. And we have a beautifully organized and labeled breaker panel as well. We would definitely recommend The Electric Touch Co, and we will work with them again.
