They advertise on TV constantly and are close to where I live. Submitted online request and left phone messages to contact me about whole house generator. They have never responded. Went to the business. Multiple closed signs in window. I don't understand how you can be doing business.

save yourself money and frustration

during our weekly self test we realized that our generator was starting, but stalling out after about 5 seconds. there was an under voltage alarm. I called Dirfy to come out and take a look at it. After about 10 minutes, the tech told me it was a problem with the propane regulator. I paid the (over 100.00) service fee and called the propane co. sure enough the regulator and the propane supply were not the problem. we called dirfy again and asked them to come out and take another look since their tech misdiagnosed the problem. He said if he sent someone back out he would charge us another service fee. Now we have to find someone else who knows what they are doing to actually fix our generator. save yourself time and money and call someone else!

Would not reccomend

I have a generator that durning a power outage, ran for a little bit then stopped. I called Dirfy to take a look at it. He came and gave me an estimate for the repair in which the estimate seemed a little high in the fact that he could not guarentee that the generator would even run after, and he also required the full payment up front. Yes he is the closest dealer to me, but I have gone elsewhere, where the new dealer's tech came and has the problem fiqured out within minutes and could guarentee me it would work after.

I had a generac 8kw that a couple other people looked at and couldn't fix. He sent his tech, and after ordering some parts, I was up and running His tech was very courteous and knowledgeable I am now set up on a regular service with DIRFY Generators
