Thadd's On The Spot Repair

Thadd's on the Spot is the best in the business.

My generator stopped working. I called Thadd's. Thadd answered the phone and said they could stop by in a few hours. Thadd and his son came out and changed the batttery, cleared the error codes, gave me a quick lesson on my generator and how to take care of it and did all of that in a friendly, professional manner. New customer for life. Thank you!

This dealer is great!

Thadd's was prompt, courteous, honest, and very reasonable. Communications and scheduling were excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend him.

Glad I chose Thadd's

My home generator wasn't working right. I called Thadd's because he was close to my house. The secretary was very friendly, and she scheduled Thadd to fix my generator the next day. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and the work was done right the first time. Thadd called me to report his findings and what he did to fix the problem. He's a nice guy, very professional, and he really knows his stuff.

Very friendly!!

Our generator wouldn't start, so we called Thadd's On The Spot and when he got here he went ahead and replaced the battery. He had only charged us for the battery and the service call with no extra charge or fees. He was a very friendly and honest business man.
