Texas Star Power Services, LLC

Superlative Service

Texas Star Power installed our Generac system 6 years ago and did an excellent job. Their maintenance is reasonably priced and done with minimum intrusion and maximum efficiency and professionalism. Their care for the system and us, as customers, is amazing.

Great Job!!!

The recent service to our generator was GREAT! They arrived as arranged (sent a text and called as they were about :30 out), performed the service with little or no disruption to our day and when done, departed with a quick verbal summary of what they found and specific services completed. They couldn’t have been nicer. The peace of mind we have with the generator and the on-going personal service from TX STAR is (and has always been) very good.

Great Service

I love having my Generac Generator! I love knowing my family is safe Everytime we lose electricity whether in a storm or just a sudden electricity loss!

Just wanted to give Courtney Miller a shout out for her excellent performance on customer service, every time I have spoken to her she has gone over and above to help me with my issues along with a great attitude while do so.

Top Notch People - Top Notch Service

We were looking for a whole home generator after the big deep freeze of '21. We had a few generac dealers out and we also had some other mfgs reps/distributors out for assessement and bid. Then we got a local magazine with Texas Star Power in it and decided to have them out. I can tell you it was a different experience from the start. Friendly, no pressure discussions. Encouraged and answered every question and follow-up email timely. Their onsite assessment was also informative and insightful picking up on changes we would have to make on to pressure regulator to accommodate it, the pool and the house. The estimate came in a bit below the big boys and we took it. The process at the time was a big back log, but it was delivered and installed ahead of planned date. We had service the first year as part of the deal and have renewed the service the last three years - including 2024. Their service team from the office for coordination to the techs on the ground are friendly, customer focused and treat you and your property with great respect. They earned our business at the start and have kept it with great customer service. We have recommended them to several other friends and colleagues. Everyone has had the same great experience with Texas Star Power. We highly recommend them!
