Jimmy brought to my attention the load calculations and what I on size Generator-26 kw instead of 24 kw, which other Companies quoted. The Company offers great financing plans, plus a none stress way to pay for the generator. Jimmy was excellent on explaining the install procedures and time factor to completion. Make sure to compare apples to apples vs other dealers! Texas Star doesn\u2019t include gas meter upgrades, they don\u2019t do a poured on site slab & they use sub contractors! My experience w/ them was terrible. I was stuck having them finish the install, but I\u2019m using a company that cares about their clients for service.

The installation of my electrical service from my Generac generator to my house was performed in the most professional manner by Texas Star Power. From the initial quote given to me until Dylan and Harley installed the system for me on 28 Sep 21 at my home in Towne Lake, all went great. From the quote through to final electrical install and cleanup was done, it was apparent that Texas Star knew exactly what was needed and in what order, and were very efficient performing the install - not to mention answering my myriad of questions that I bombarded them with. I can highly recommend this team to perform any work that you may need them to do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone asking.

We very happy with the installation of our Whole House Generac. Starting with Mike, the Generator sizing specialist. Mike answers all my question and explained the sizing and how it would be installed. He help us decide with size we needed. Sahra organized the installation. She kept us informed during and after the installation. The Generac has Wi-Fi and it test runs weekly and it text me letting me know it's ready to run. So far no power outages to report. We decided to invest in a 22KW Generac system. Yes it was a lot; however, the representatives at Texas Star Propane were great to work with and they followed through on each step in the process and were very timely and helpful. Even when they came to complete the installation, they determined that we did not need all of the special management modules as was originally thought, so they took care of crediting that value back to us. Can you say Fast and Easy!! Yesss this company had my generator installed in less than 2 weeks. Walked me through every step. If you need a Generator or Propane Company that really cares about there customers, these are the people to call.

We had the unit installed just before Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. The automated transfer switch is a blessing. When the power got knocked out at 2:30 AM it kicked in immediately. So responsive I didn't even need to reset the timer on my coffee pot or alarm. It performed perfectly for over 32 hours. We run on propane and followed our propane suppliers recommendation to increase the tank size to 500 gallons. Unlike others companies selling generators TexStar took control of all aspects including coordinating with the power company and providing completing all propane/electrical connections. Excellent company and the best people
