Snow-Mageddon Ready

I had a Generac Whole Home generator installed by an electrical company after snow-mageddon hit Dallas. Never wanted to be without power for that long again. The mistake I made was not using an Authorized Generac Dealer. I had no regularly scheduled service done and there was no telling if it would work when I needed. I went to the Generac website and found Texagen and they have been great. They came out and did a service check on my generator and fixed issues that I didn't know I had. They are super professional and they got my generator back to perfect working condition. I also signed up for remote monitoring so that if any issues arise they will be alerted and we can get issues resolved so that when I need my generator it will be ready to go. I highly recommend Texagen is you are in the market for a new generator or have a generator that needs to be serviced.

We purchased this generator in the Fall of 2022 from TEXAGEN. Everything from start to finish was handled very professionally. We have also had excellent service from TEXAGEN since the installation. The generator has performed well with two very long local power outages and we did not miss a beat with our power. Highly recommend TEXAGEN and Generac!

Doug and team were everything you could ask for in a dealer. The team was professional, efficient and very communicative throughout the entire process. One specific item that stood out: many months later there was an issue that ended up being due to an HVAC install (i.e., not from the generator install), but Doug personally came out the same day (a Friday afternoon no less!) and worked through identifying the issue and coordinated with an electrician to come out quickly to fix the problem.
