Working at a high end resort, we have had the opportunity to work with many contractors. Shawn and his crew from Temperature control have been great to work with. He and his crew have been very thorough, attentive, and professional any time they are on property. We have used them for many projects, including three big Generac generators. On top of installing the new generators, they also maintain our existing ones.

Shawn with Temperature control was very kind, and he took time to listen to my concerns. The pricing was fair and competitive with other dealers. Not only do they install and sell the generators, they also maintain, and warranty them. Very happy with the service we received from Temperature control!

Excellent Customer Care

We were in the market to purchase a Generac. We reach out to Temperature Control, Shawn came to our home the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process to us and his pricing was fair for the scope of work provided. He took care of all permits, coordinating with TEP and inspector and comunicated with us on each process. Temperature Control has been a pleasure to deal with, office staff is friendly and efficient.I highly recommend to all.

Will not honor warranty

I had a generator installed in June of 2023, less than a year ago. I have a 5 year warranty. I called Generac for a warranty claim. Generac confirmed I needed a service call by a certified technician. Generac believes the control panel was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. They gave me the number to call Temperature Control Inc. When I called they were friendly but said there would be a diagnostic service fee for a site visit and additional fees depending how long it takes. I explained we were under warranty and the 5 year warranty includes service, parts and labor according to Generac.. They said only parts are covered and I would be responsible for labor. I called Generac back and explained what they said. Generac insisted Temperature Control Inc is under contract to cover all warranties for this Generator as a service provider. I also see that is listed on the website as an Elite provider.

Didn't bother to respond

Didn't bother to call me back after two attempts to request service. Both times receptionist told me Sean (Field Mgr) would call me by end of day. No response either time.
