Can't Get Service

Having survived being in the eye of Hurricane Michael (with a dead battery in my Generac), I had Telford perform major preventive maintenance on my Generac in mid-March, and it was Apr 8th when the tech was able to bring the new battery charging unit out & install it. I thought I would have piece of mind knowing the generator would be ready to fire off anytime needed. After the first power outage, the yellow light was on, telling me that the battery is low. Since, the battery drains & I've had to alternate changing out batteries which is quite difficult as I await knee replacement surgery. I've received dates & promises, but told they're too busy installing new generators to get to mine. Now, I'm just getting no response. It looks like small claims court is going to be necessary to get the to honor their work.

We called Telford Reynolds Electric to learn about whole house generators after Hurricane Michael destroyed most of the Florida Panhandle in October 2018. Even though Mr. Reynolds\u2019 office and home were damaged after the hurricane he still provided service to his customers. One of his satisfied customers recommended him to us and we are glad they did. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all our options and then gave us firm prices based on our choices. His men came when scheduled and acted professional during the entire process. Our 22 KW Generac Generator was installed in early February 2019 and has worked perfectly since. We will recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone asking our opinion. We found them to be honest, reliable and professional.
