They put my generator in and the first mistake was burying a black iron uncoated gas pipe that turned to swiss cheese in one year. The gas company came over when we smelled gas and couldn't believe what they had done. I have another control panel out being number three and they are $1500.00 a piece and they say Generac wont cover it and Teck Electric is charging me $325.00 just because they came to my house to tell me its broke. Technician was the best and spent his time on the phone trying to get it resolved for me and he felt it should be covered as well. Tech Electric suggests that i purchase a whole new unit and shouldn't have that problem anymore!!!!!! Is this a joke???!! Spend another $5000.00 or $6000.00 for another unit because i got a lemon???? No thank you! Thanks Teck Electric sending me a $325.00 bill to look at it when I told you it was broke and do nothing about it! Talk about kicking a person when they are down and thank you Generac for not backing up your product and customer!

This dealer and crews are phenomenal!

Went through Generac to set me up for a quote. Teck Electric came out and checked out my house and gave me a full home consultation. We talked about all the available options, how everything works and functions and how installation would go. From the sales staff, to the office ladies to the installers, everything went perfectly and I\u2019m so happy I found Teck Electric and got my Generac through them! I actually look forward to losing power!

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!

I can't say anything negative about Teck. From the initial phone conversation to schedule an appointment, they were so friendly and accommodating. My wife and I both work until later in the evening and the salesman came out at 8pm to sit down and talk with us. He gave us a full breakdown of everything regarding the units and how the operate, how they need to be taken care of and what to expect along the way.

This dealer is looking to make money after install!!

I had a Generac put in in March of 2020. It was installed wrong per the serviceman who corrected the problem. Now in May of 2021 it showed a red light (not working). I called the emergency number and was told I would have pay for service! When they came out and checked it they said it was fixed, but said nothing about what the problem was. Today 5/19 I received a bill for $222.50 from them for tightening a loose connection on the starter. And according to Generac I have a full 2 year warranty! I wish I had used a different dealer! Buyers beware!!

No second-gussing they did it right!!

We had a new home built and the people at Teck Electric did all the work put in the geerator did good on their word .On time and cleaned up to.Explain everything to us and we would use them again!! P.S. Thank You Tack Electric!!!!!!!!!!!

The dealer is average

The Lady that answers the phone was very rude to my wife, Our unit was three months old and it would not start one day Tech came out and it started and I got charge $75.00 he never adjusted the valves or anything. I called there for my one year inspection and the price was way to high. I called other dealer and he was $75.00 cheaper and he checked everything out and adjusted the valves, replace oil and filter and spark plugs and tested it out. Had no problems this winter at all

I am so thankful to have found Teck Electric. I initially saw their ad in the paper. I did not know the company previous to this job. I did check with the town prior to using Teck and I was told they had a good reputation within the community--boy, am I glad I used them. The generator installation was done with extreme competence. The installers were very sensitive in how they worked within our home (walking on the drop cloths, keeping 'things' neat) as they came in and out during the winter. Then the wiring/new service looks solid as there was nothing shabby in their work. Then the placement in the yard was done extremely well too. Finally they were very competent in explaining the process of how the generator works so that I would be able to understand what to expect in its running. I highly recommend this company.

Returned phone calls as promised. Arrived for install when promised. Careful and respectful of my home. Wore slippers when entering my home. Conferred with me on placement of unit. No mess for me to clean up. Careful explanation of features on my unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

this is one of the only companys i've had any dealing with in decades that did what they said they would do. they showed up on time, on the day they said they would. they were very knowledgible and let me know every thing i needed to know to run my generator. best of all they cleaned up after themselves. it was a great experience. i would recommend to anyone.
