After 2 years struggling to obtain support from the installers of my Generac 8kw home generator, Nick of B&N Electrical was able to methodically troubleshoot the problems, get the generator running reliably and keep it maintained that way for the past 4 years. His response and support (including sub-zero weather) has been outstanding and has truly provided me peace of mind.

Professional & Responsive

We bought our Generac from B&N Several years ago. B&N was suggested to us by a friend who used them for their generator. My friend is a very particular man regarding the neatness of any job he has done. That is why we hired them. We not only found them neat, but very professional in how they determined the proper placement of the unit and how to wire it. We have since used them for general maintenance, and recently to troubleshoot an issue. They are very responsive when you need them most! I highly recommend this business

Best place to get a generator

Service was professional and everything was explained thoroughly. Service continued even after installation. My generator is a whole house generator so I have peace of mind. It comes on for a quick test once a week and I have an app on my phone that I can check if I\u2019m ever away. B&N also monitors my generator to be sure it\u2019s running. Great people to work with

Great Service

We have been very happy with Nick and Bill from B & N Electric. They are licensed, professional electricians. They installed our Generac Stand-by generator at our home a number of years ago. Nick has serviced it on a yearly basis, and kept it in tip-top running order. We were so happy with this generator and with B & N, that we had a Generac stand-by generator installed by them at our vacation place about an hour away. Again, Bill and Nick showed up when they said they would, and got it set up and running in a very timely manner. Nick just serviced both our generators recently. He is thorough and very detail-oriented, as well as personable. We recommend them.

Excellent Workmanship

Nick and Bill did a great job installing our generator. They showed up when they said they would and left our house in the same condition they found it in. They seem to really care about their customers.

Timing for Install is taking way to long

I placed an order for a generator in the beginning of the year and did not get it delievered until May. It is now the end of September and the generator is still on a pallet by the side of my house and I can not get the dealer to give me a fixed date for placing the generator and completing the install. Based on the placement of the generator I need to move my propane tank and schedule the propane dealer. I already provide the dealer with the money for the generator and again finding it difficutl to get the job done.
