generator went out called in for service got voice mail. Left message and got no return call until 5 days later.

I made an appointment 09/19/2017 for 10/20/2017. I received an email confirming date and time. On 10/20 I waited 4 hours and no one showed up or called me to cancel the appointment. When I called the number provided no one answered.

22kW with propane installed by Tech Services. Project turned out as expected. Generator got us through outage caused by hurricane Irma. So glad we put the generator in!

AI arrived at the service center to obtain warranty service, 09/26/2017 at 1130 AM. No one was at the facility and the office door was left unlocked. I entered and observed the owner had a beautiful orange hotrod parked in the garage, but there was little in terms of generator parts. Looked more like a personal storage unit. I called their office number and was sent to voicemail, but the voicemail box was full - no more messages were allowed. I texted the same number to advise about the unlocked office door, but never received a reply. Not a very professional operation. Generac corporate could do better for a service rep.
