    Horrible

    Scheduled an appointment to service my generator. Never showed up and didn\u2019t even bother to call. This after I took the day off to be here.

    Horrible

    Came out January 6th to look at our generac, still waiting on a price for a part! It\u2019s been two months and nothing! Have called at least 6 times\u2026always promises of I will get the price and call you tomorrow. Don\u2019t waste your time dealing with this company. I had high hopes they would follow through. Would not recommend!!
