T. Ross Electric Construction

Professional Service

Great company. Professional service. Love these guys!

Unreliable business

I received a mailer that they where offering free generac estimates. I called and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for them. On the day of the appointment I received a call from them canceling as they were still on a job. Not a problem as things happen, but they never followed up to reschedule as they said they would. I’m glad business is so good that they don’t want to sell Generac generators to people looking to buy.

Very rude service

Very rude customer service hangs up phone when im asking maintenance kit

The Worst of the Worst

Tells me my generator is too old for him to service....about 17 years old model # 0052400....I thought service providers "serviced" older machines....Guess ole' Charlie wants me to buy a brand new one and call him to service it.....

Unfriendly to generators purchased elsewhere

After 6+ calls and lots of promises over 5 months, there has been no service tech showing up to diagnose and fix the problem or even returning my calls about my problem. I like the unit very much, but would like to have it working as advertised.

WOW!!!

Hats off to Ross Electric for a job well done! The installation of my generator and transfer switch went very smoothly, even on a cold snowy day. The 'Ross Team' is the way to go!!
