    The Worst of the Worst

    Tells me my generator is too old for him to service....about 17 years old model # 0052400....I thought service providers "serviced" older machines....Guess ole' Charlie wants me to buy a brand new one and call him to service it.....

    Unfriendly to generators purchased elsewhere

    After 6+ calls and lots of promises over 5 months, there has been no service tech showing up to diagnose and fix the problem or even returning my calls about my problem. I like the unit very much, but would like to have it working as advertised.
