Tony and Donna provided a great experience getting my generator installed. Tony came out and explained the procedure in getting the generator installed. Tony and Donna was available to answer any questions i had. The install was almost complete when a ice storm was headed this way. I contacted them to see if they could complete the install before the ice storm. Worker showed up and got the job done. The next day power out at 9am for 3 days . My house was the only one fully powered on the block. I would highly recommend T& M Services. Matter of fact I received there information from a friend who had his generator installed by T&M Services. Im glad I chosed them and would do it again. As the customer you have to understand what is being siad. They are very detailed in explaining the process.

I am now on my 8th day of being out of power during the ice storm of February, 2022 and I couldn't be more thankful for investing in my Generac generator and using Tony and his company to install and service it. Tony and his team are incredibly responsive and did an excellent job of installing and servicing my unit over two years ago. To say this is the kind of thing you don't realize you need until you need it, is an understatement!

T&M serviced my generac generator it stopped working two weeks later(would not start)i called called T&M services they claimed that they would come back to fix problem,two weeks later i have not heard from them.After paying them for servics call.

In early 2019 I decided that we needed a standby generator to power our entire home not only in the winter but more importantly the summer months. After talking with several contractors I chose T & M Services Inc. Tony, the owner, came out and we discussed my needs. As a former Power Company Manager in California (for over 38 yrs.) I had a good idea of what I wanted. I really liked Tony and his knowledge so we entered into a contract. I was extremely pleased with his crew that installed the unit. I understand and know craftsmanship when I see it and they did a terrific job with the installation. Since having it installed we have not had an area outage yet but actually look forward to the first one as I know the unit will perform perfectly. I told my neighbors that when and it will happen the power goes out the party is at my house. I highly recommended to use T & M for your installation.

Tony and his team did a good job with the installation and working with my family on making sure everything went well. Not much better than the feeling when your power goes out and your generator kicks in.

This is the second generator that Tony and his colleagues have installed. I have a choice of several installers and these folks are absolutely the best! They were professional, kind, and extremely competent. And Tony came back like a week later to ensure everything was in good shape!

The installation at my home was complicated and challenging. Tony, the owner, developed a plan for the installation, discussed it thoroughly with me, and sent an install team well prepared for the job. Tony was responsive to my questions before, during, and after the installation; he did a test run; explained the operation; and was available and accessible via telephone and/or email. I highly recommend T&M for anyone considering a standby generator.

I saw the Generac ad on TV: "Power You Control". I called and they sent information to call T&M Services Inc. who worked with Generac for this area. He came out and gave a thorough assessment of the size needed and made the order. As the final result I am happy with the finished installment.

We did a search on the Generac website for a residential backup generator and we were contacted right away by T & M Services. He came out and talked to us about what we wanted/needed. Explained everything thoroughly and professionally. We picked out the generator, ordered it and when it came in he and his team were here to install it. After everything was installed it all passed inspection and we were shown how to use everything. All in all everything was an Excellent experience!

We live out in the Country and have needed a Generator for years. So we decided to have one installed this year. We couldn\u2019t ask for a better working relationship with T&M our installer. The install was tough due to our low pitch roof. Thanks T&M for a great install and thanks for the follow up.

Tony answered all my questions, showed me the menus on the generator, demonstrated how it all worked, and made me very comfortable with the machine. I know that I will have power regardless of the weather.

From our first meeting the dealer answered all questions asked about the Generac generator size requirements needed.for our home.I didn't realize how much it took to install a generator with inspections and different people coming over to complete different tasks. The dealer was always available by phone day or night to answer my questions.Now that it is in and operational I could not be happier. A+++ dealer!

This guy really knows his stuff but is too busy for residential folks. He started working on my generator a year ago and has left it in disrepair ever since. Can't get him to come back and finish the work. Says he knows what the problem is, but just won't come back. I'm moving on to someone else.
