Dangerous install

⚠️ Unsafe Generator Install • Safety Shut-Off Synergy Home installed my generator in April. From day one, wiring errors caused failures during multiple outages — several service calls before July, but the real issues weren’t found. In July, water from faulty conduit installation dripped into the electrical box, causing a burning smell; KY Utilities shut off my power for safety. Synergy restarted it but missed the cause. Weeks later, a Generac load test failed again, with more burning smell — they declared it unsafe. Only then did Synergy send a different tech, who found bad wiring, broken seal, and water intrusion. After months of unsafe operation, their “compensation” was a 5-year service contract… meaning the same company that created the hazard would be responsible for maintaining it.

Unbelievable Customer Service!

Out of the 3 companies we had out to quote us on a new Generac generator, Synergy Home LLC stood out from the rest! Steve, their advisor, was very warm and comforting. He treated us like family. He gave multiple options and explained the differences very well. They even have multiple finance options. He even showed us pictures of their recent work! After researching all of the companies, I found out that the other 2 companies weren't even licensed or insured to do the gas pipe work! Our new generator is getting installed today! So far, everyone has been fantastic (and patient answering all of my questions while they are working). Their work looks clean and uniform. AND it will all be done in 1 day.
