It was an outstanding experience!I had several deep-seated issues with my generator (Generac QuietSource 36kw), which rendered it unusable. While other Generac dealers in the area had a long waiting list, although two months away, Switch Electric was able to book a specific appointment date for me and adhere to that timeline.The front-desk person was knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy.My expectations were exceeded when I received email and txt reminders about my upcoming appointment a day prior. It was especially prudent given the fact that a significant amount of time has passed since scheduling.The technician Aaron was highly experienced and knowledgeable in his craft. Not only did he resolve the issue specific to the generator itself, but he also performed electrical repairs on the transfer switch. He knowledgeably answered all my subsequent questions.It was an absolutely wonderful experience all around. Thank you, Switch Electric!

Joe and Jeremy, from Switch electric came out to my home to install the generator system. They were on time and performed all the work in a very professional manner and paid attention to the details. They obviously knew what they were doing. I had 70 to 80 feet of trench for them to put conduit in and they crawled under the deck to make the connection to the transfer box/switch. They worked hard, no excuses. They did a great job and the electrical inspector said they did well. Thx
