Swaim Electric Heat And A/c INC

Never Provided a Quote

I went with Swaim because they were local and a friend of mine in Siler City was happy with them. Andy came out to scope out my generator install, but then I never received a quote. I called several times and sent several e-mails and I was always told "I will get it to you by tomorrow". I ended up using Alternative Power through Lowes.

Quality Craftsmanship

Excellent installation and clean up afterwards. I’m more critical than most as a former electrician and very picky about craftsmanship and following the NEC Codebook. Retired now, I chose Swaim as they are local and have a good reputation. No complaints, only compliments. When I see wiring squared off in the panel box, reminds me of Local 25 IBEW quality where I learned a craft that paid for my college degrees and flight lessons- retired now from an airline.

Service of our Generac

Gary, was very respectful and professional during his service visit. He did a great job on our generator and cleaned up extremely well! Thank you Gary!

Shouldn’t be an authorized service provider

Swaim Electric is listed as a Generac Authorized service provider. They will not service a generator unless they installed it. They should have their authorization terminated.

Don't Bother

This company only services what it installs. Don't know why they are listed on this site.

Excellent professional installation and start up.

This company, wow. Amazing professional employees. Eddie, the installation team, absolutely 100% professional. The gentleman, I forgot his name, that did the initial start up of the generator, was 100% professional, and explained everything to be about the generator. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for any and all electrical work. Ashley, the lady I spoke with over the phone, did remarkable customer service and assisted me with all my questions. Top notch customer service by all employees I had dealings with. Excellent job, Swaim Electric. Excellent job!!!!!
