PAT AND AUSTIN WORKED FOR 8 HOURS ON SUNDAY 29, SEPTEMBER 2013 TO FIX AND OIL LEAK IN MY GENERATOR, THEY DID NOT GIVE UP TILL IT WAS FIXED, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE NEW REPLACEMENT SEAL WOULD BE THE PROBLEM, THE SECOND NEW ONE DID WORK,,, HATS OFF TO PAT AND AUSTIN THANK YOU,,, DOUG BARTOW

WOW! AMAZING!!!

The Experience was amazing. My house is a difficult one since, plumbing was on the opposite end of the electric service AND the generator had to be placed in the opposite direction of both... basement ceiling heights are 9 foot so arms were up in the air at all times to run pipes & wires. He was the only contractor of the 5 that I had interviewed that was able to assess & realize problems that we were up against, both in placement & township requirements. He was patient in explaining and did not use any pressure tactics. Everything went as it should. All glitches were addressed quickly, politely & effortlessly. It is rare that you come across a contractor that wants to make you happy, does what is planned, goes above & beyond to please and to do things right & well.... no matter what he came up against he took it in stride and was always in a good mood... Again I say WOW!

Very prompt from the first call to request an estimate to getting all the permits and inspections performed. Could not be happier with the sales and service. Everything was performed when they said it would and done in a professional manner.

Shortly after buying my new home, I knew that I would be needing a whole-house generator so I researched electricians that were authorized Generac installers. It's a good thing that I did the research when I did because within 2 months after moving in, Hurricane Sandy hit. In the midst of the post-storm insanity, I called Pat and he came right out that day and got to work on getting me a generator. His pricing was quite good and his work was highly professional. He and his team always wore protective coverings on their shoes and always cleaned up any debris from their work. My generator has been up and running for 5 months now and I am very glad that my research led me to Pat - he did a wonderful job!

After Hurricane Sandy. I decided to get estimates from contractors for a generator. I highly recommend this company because they took picture of the site, did a load calculation. I had 4 companies come in on a rainy day and Benjamin Franklin wore shoe protectors so my floors wouldnt get damage. It was a no brainer for me to hire them because they answered all my questions and I trust them.
