We bought 3 Generac generators from this dealer. Les is very knowledgeable about the product and the installation. We need a guaranteed supply of water for our animals so having electricity is essential. We have had no problems with our generators and excellent service from this dealer.

Attention to detail

Les re-wired my electrical box to make it safe and need the wiring for the generator was all installed very neatly happy to work With less I feel like he has become a friend

Overall I found this dealer excellent.

With close to forty years of master electrical experience in residential and industrial work, we found Les to be very knowledgeable on the generac systems. In addition he was able toup grade our home electric system(that was over twenty years old). He also found a major problem in our electrical panel that could have caused severe damage to our home that was built in 199-1992. He was always professional and friendly in his dealings and work with us.

Attention to detail

Les reviewed our needs and recommended a 22Kw unit and base pad. He did a fantastic job on our install as well as a total upgrade of our electric panel. His work was first rate and he showed a meticulous attention to detail. He even made a follow up call a couple of days after completion to make sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend him.

Unhappy with this dealer

This dealer was not prepared with an inspector to inspect the generator so that national grid could rehook up our meter, and by the time the inspector arrived to inspect it was friday at about 4:30 in the afternoon, and customer service was closed and we would have to wait until monday for national grid. So the generator ran all weekend, from 4 in the afternoon on thursday until 8:30 monday morning. On sunday night the generator stopped working when we tried to contact the dealer he was nowhere around, so we called Generac and they tried to contact this dealer also, then they talked me through what i had to do, the generator needed oil after three days running non-stop. After no power for 45 min this dealer finally contacted us and came out and put oil in and said he would be back on thursday to change the oil and filter. When he came back to change the oil and filter he then wanted to charge me for that. Altogether it was another 150.00 we had to pay out of pocket for an inspector and the oil change and we had to wait all weekend before getting power turned back on. Dealer said we didn't need inspector and led us to believe that the oil change and filter were apart of his service for going with him to install the generator. Lesson learned just because you go with a more expensive dealer doesn't necessarily mean you get the better dealer, and just because everything they have says Generac they do not represent Generac they are individual and Generac has no control or responsibility for them.
