I didn't buy my Generac from Super K, which was really a huge mistake.They have now been servicing my generator for quite a number of years and there just can't be anyone who is better.They are responsive, friendly and most definitely KNOW what they are doing.Trust them and use them. You'll be more than happy that you did.

It's all about the service!

I have had the experience of dealing with a previous generator service provider that provided a shoddy installation and poor service. I believe that my current Generac generator will work fine due to the superior installation and continuing service provided by Super K Electric. It's not really all about the equipment, but rather the people who keep it in top condition for those of us who don't know much about the inner workings of the whole system. So I would suggest that anyone considering an investment of this magnitude concern themselves with finding the best people. They will suggest the proper size and make of the generator. For my money (and it's considerable) I would recommend that you start with Super K Electric. You probably won't need to go beyond them.Most sincerely,Shelly in Stamford

My old generator when I bought my house was with Northeast generator. They were terrible. Super K is amazing. They knew immediately when my Generac had a defective part and needed to be replaced. They came and checked my oil every other day during Hurricane Sandy, even though I had power much of the time. They send emails to check on me during the storm. I was very impressed.

Super K installed our 25kw Generac earlier this year and following Hurricane Sandy we sure are pleased with the service. Throughout the storm they contacted us to let us know they would be coming by to check the oil levels on the generator and ensure it was working. We fee very confident with Super K and are happy to recommend them to all our friends in town here.

This company is fantastic! Our power was recently out for almost a week. When the generator suddenly stopped, Super K showed up within a half hour. In addition to such a quick response, they came every day that the generator was running to check and add oil. They provided peace of mind that the generator would be kept running and it was one thing that we didn't need to worry about in the aftermath of a storm. Highly, highly recommend Super K!

I have been using SuperK for 7 years for general Electrical work. I had an old Generac system that kept breaking down during Irene. Kevin (SuperK owner) showed up in the middle of the storm and fixed it. Shortly after Irene, we installed a 36KW system at his suggestion. It has run flawlessly ever since. From the beginning, when Super K came to my home to explain the Generac product and their services, to the actual installation, to the maintenance they have been great. All of the staff have been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I could not have made it through Hurricane Sandy without their help and support.
