Excellent service!
I called S&Z in to service a 10 year old generator that had stopped working. They were available the next day. The service technician (Gardo Montez) sent a text prior to leaving for my home. The text had his picture, and he arrived on time. He reviewed the problem and advised me how much it was. After I accepted the estimate, he performed the services, even going the extra distance to remove grass clipping and leaves that were blocking the air vents on the side of the unit. He tested the panel to make sure that the generator switched properly. During the entire process, he was friendly, interested, professional, and maintained respect for my home and property. Excellent service, especially for a generator that they didn't sell!
