Superior Customer Service
We had a storm tear through our area and 22kW Generac home standby generator failed when power went out. It's still under warranty so we called the company we bought it from out Jackson TN and they said they couldn't come out for a week. We're an elderly couple so we couldn't be without a generator for a week or two. We called Dan at Sugar Tree and he came right out. He figured out what was wrong, ordered a new part, and put a temporary part in until the new once came in. He never charged us a trip charge like other companies. Very professional Christian man that makes a point to take care of retired folks like us. It was also a added bonus when we found out he's a disabled Veteran.

I was surprised how quickly they came out. Didn’t charge for the trip & were very honest. Had another contractor tell me it was a factory issue. Sugar Tree came out & in less than 5 minutes fixed the problem. Only charged me for part. I also appreciated they are very Christian centered.
