No Follow-up
Our 22 kw Generac generator is supposed to be serviced every 12 months. It was last serviced in June 2023 by Sugar Land Electric and Sugar land Electric said that they would contact us to schedule the June 2024 maintenance. It is now mid-July 2024 and we have heard nothing from Sugar Land Electric. Poor follow-up on their part.

Done Right!
I have had a Generac 20kw unit since 2011 that has worked perfectly over the years, but this past year I added a garage apartment and a pool so I wanted a larger unit. I had Sugar Land Electric replace it with a 24kw. They put in a new transfer switch, new pipe and wiring since I needed bigger wires for a bigger generator, a new gas line, and everything looks a lot nicer than the previous installation. Everything works perfectly . A job well done.

Service you can count on!
Dave and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and caring. True sticklers to detail. Did an excellent job installing my Generac Generator. I highly recommend using this company for your electrical needs.
