Suburban Services Group, INC

Awesome dealer with excellent sales and install.

From the beginning to end, we received excellent service. John M was a very informative sales rep. In addition, Frank and Jordon were awesome installers: friendly, informative and thorough. I would recommend Suburban Service Group to anyone living in our area. Thank you for giving peace of mind.

Frank and Kenny

Very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall excellent service

Suburban Services was great to deal with

The estimator, office staff and installers were courteous and professional. Installation was arranged and completed in a timely manner. Installers (Alex and Jordan) took the time to explain the transfer box and the generator to me. They never left the site for breaks until the work was done. The site was left clean and in good condition.

This dealer is very good

I have a very good experience working with Suburban Services Group with the purchase and installation of my generator. I highly recommend.

Great Job, thank you!

I had an 18kw generator installed for my home on 12/15/2022 by Suburban. The gentlemen, Frank and Ken did a fine job. They were professional and knowledgeable. They reviewed everything with me after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Suburban and the team to family and friends!

Suburban Services Group is Top Notch

We selected Suburban Services Group to install our Generic Home Generator. Their Sales, Service and Installation staff were all top notch. Mark (sales), Dawn (service), Alex and Jordan (installation team) were terrific to work with and very professional. Alex and Jordan did a great install and were very respectful, professional and fully explained our newly installed generator. They answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We would highly recommend Suburban Services Group for installation of a Generic Whole House Generator.

Easy process and great peace of mind

Living in an area that can get extreme weather, we wanted the peace of mind of backup power system. We first talked with John (who was very knowledgable) and got lots of info and great advice. Also talked to several other providers, but chose Suburban Services for their expertise, experience, and good price. The installation was as easy as the decision, as Alex and Jivohn worked smoothly, getting it done in about six hours. No surprises, courteous and careful, and kept us informed as they worked. When done, they did a full explanation of the system, ran the generator, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend Suburban Services and their people. Very friendly and professional, offering peace of mind for our family!

Great dealer and installers.

Ken and Frank did a great job installing and explaining the generator.

Great service

We had an existing generator fail. Suburban Services Group offered us several options. We chose to upgrade and replace the old generator. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest and hardworking. Our installers were Alex and Kenny. They were friendly, respectful and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Wonderful Job

Frank and Josh did a great job installing our new generator, working in the rain for part of the day. They did a nice job explaining how it worked and what to expect. I would recommend Suburban Services Group to anyone.
