The estimator, office staff and installers were courteous and professional. Installation was arranged and completed in a timely manner. Installers (Alex and Jordan) took the time to explain the transfer box and the generator to me. They never left the site for breaks until the work was done. The site was left clean and in good condition.

I had an 18kw generator installed for my home on 12/15/2022 by Suburban. The gentlemen, Frank and Ken did a fine job. They were professional and knowledgeable. They reviewed everything with me after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Suburban and the team to family and friends!

We selected Suburban Services Group to install our Generic Home Generator. Their Sales, Service and Installation staff were all top notch. Mark (sales), Dawn (service), Alex and Jordan (installation team) were terrific to work with and very professional. Alex and Jordan did a great install and were very respectful, professional and fully explained our newly installed generator. They answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We would highly recommend Suburban Services Group for installation of a Generic Whole House Generator.
