We had a few glitches figuring out our gas flow and a few other things but Jacob continued to cocome out to the house and work with us over the phone to make it right. Today I\u2019m sitting in a rainstorm listening to my beautiful generator hum like a top.

Purchased after snowpocolypse. It was a long process but Jacob made it easy from ordering to installation. This February when our power went out it clicked right out seamlessly! 5 stars !

Best buy ever!

Once the generator was fully installed, I thought ook let's see what happens next. About a week later I was working on an indoor project and we lost power. In about 30 seconds the generator turned on and the house powered up. The power was off about 20 minutes and then came back on. The generator ran maybe a minute and then turned off. It was awesome. A real relief knowing we'd always have electricity.

Great Install/Support

We met with every dealer in Austin as an HOA. We went with SSG/Jacob. Hands down he and SSG has provided the best service. We made the right decision. Not only did they help us all navigate the install/permit process.. but they always been available for questions/support etc. Highly recommend. Our generator ran like a champ for five days during the last ice storm. Much gratitude to SSG and Jacob.
