Storm Guardian Generators

Bad Experience to Date

I have had an ongoing issue with a brand new generator starting just 4 months after the completion of my $30,000+ installation. The system reported an ignition fault code. I called my installer and they had me reset the system. But the next time it tried to self-test, the same error appeared. Now, although it's under a 10 year warranty, I'm told I have to pay a minimum of $265 for a service call. So far, this system is looking like an unreliable lemon.

Jacob was very responsive when we had questions or problems

We had a few glitches figuring out our gas flow and a few other things but Jacob continued to cocome out to the house and work with us over the phone to make it right. Today I’m sitting in a rainstorm listening to my beautiful generator hum like a top.

Excellent Generac Dealer

These folks are outstanding in generator installation and follow up. They are also very knowledgeable and can answer any questions that you might have. They are also reasonable from a price standpoint. Highly recommend them.

Thank you Jacob and Generac!

Purchased after snowpocolypse. It was a long process but Jacob made it easy from ordering to installation. This February when our power went out it clicked right out seamlessly! 5 stars !

Best buy ever!

Once the generator was fully installed, I thought ook let's see what happens next. About a week later I was working on an indoor project and we lost power. In about 30 seconds the generator turned on and the house powered up. The power was off about 20 minutes and then came back on. The generator ran maybe a minute and then turned off. It was awesome. A real relief knowing we'd always have electricity.

Great Install/Support

We met with every dealer in Austin as an HOA. We went with SSG/Jacob. Hands down he and SSG has provided the best service. We made the right decision. Not only did they help us all navigate the install/permit process.. but they always been available for questions/support etc. Highly recommend. Our generator ran like a champ for five days during the last ice storm. Much gratitude to SSG and Jacob.

Outstanding customer service!

We recommend Storm Guardian Generators for annual maintenance. The company is very professional and prompt with their service. We encountered a problem with our generator and were quick to order and correct the issue. Thank you!
