Poor customer service
Contacted Stinson’s to get information on a standby generator and was told I would have to put $1500 down so they could order the generator before they would even come out for a home assessment (that’s not a free home assessment) and they also refuse to even email me a written quote. When I ask about the warranty I was told “you have to jump through hoops and fill out a lot of paperwork for the warranty”….shouldn’t the dealer do all of that?
