No more worries
I've only had my 18KW for one year. But it gives you a sense of peace and security. We lose our power here at least 5-6 times per year. It worked flawlessly each time. Steve Shrawder had the installation completed in just a few hours. He also does nice clean work.

Great dealer
Steve was pleasant and did a good job. I was happy with his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Very Professional
From the time Steve came for the assessment until the final setup he explained what needed to be done for the proper installation. We set a date for the installation and he was there on time and did what he had to do. I had a problem with the Propane company which held up the final setup. I contacted Steve when that was resolved and he came and finished the setup. I have no problem referring Steve to anyone that is planning on having a Generac installed.
