My wife and I are transplants to the Horatio, De Queen area. Steve Sharp was recommended to us by a very close friend that has lived in the area his entire life. Steve had installed a generator for them several years ago and they were very satisfied with Steve's professionalism, knowledge, and honesty.We contacted Steve Sharp wanting information on the Generac system for our home. Steve came and assessed our situation and made the recommendation that fit the needs my wife and I wanted. It took me several months to arrange my financing the way that I wanted before I contacted Steve again to inform him that we were ready to proceed with the purchase and installation of the 22kw Generac. Steve was very up-fount as to his schedule and gave us the approximate date that he could start. That gave me the time to make arrangements for the propane tank to be placed. (Can you believe that we live in a subdivision in the city limits and natural gas stops at the beginning of our cul-de-sac).

Excellent Service Experience

I was contacted by phone and an appointment made for my service call. The repairs were preformed at the scheduled appointment time. The tech was knowledgeable about the equipment . He made several tests to determine the problem with my unit rather than just replacing the first suspected part. Tested unit after repairs and tech ran some other checks not related to the problem I was experiencing to make sure there where not other problems that may show up later. He shared advice about operation and service of my generator. I am very pleased with the level of professional service I received.
