Stien Electric electricians were very good and professional they were very good at the installation of the generator and cleaned up when they were finished.

We did not have water capability after our system was installed and couldn\u2019t get in touch with the people who installed it. In a panic bc it\u2019s the Labor Day weekend and we\u2019ve got 7 pets and I\u2019ve just had surgery so\u2026 we needed help!I called 10 min before closing and told him the problem and he said he\u2019d be out in 30 minutes. Thank goodness for Rick Graustein! He found a cut wire that had been taped up; something that definitely needed help to find. He was an answer to prayer!

Super easy to work with, everything went very easy. Very professional completed job, installation was very nice and clean up, no mess. During the course of install we were informed when the power and gas needed to be turned off, only off for a very short time. Went through generator operations went done, no guessing how it works.

My calls and all questions were returned and answered promptly. Stein Electric coordinated with my propane provider to set up an installation time and date. I was up and running in less than a day. All personal were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After completing the installation they took time to show me how the system worked and how to keep it running.

They took the time to point out potential trouble along the way and even rewired the entire house panel to ensure problems would be avoided in the future. This is the second generator we have purchased from Stein Electric. Its nice to see a company that remains committed to customer service. They are very knowledgable about the products and services they provide and took the time to ensure all of our questions were thoroughly answered. They also provide quality workmanship, from the outdoor unit placement and connections to the indoor installation. Both very professional. They even found a problem in the main breaker panel and corrected it at no extra charge. We would definately recommend Stein Electric Co. if your in the market for a generator.

Spent approximately 10 minutes with the owner on the phone. He told me how to get my generator running for no charge. Very friendly. Then offered to provide maintenance service if and when needed for half the price I had paid in the past.
