Came to our rescue!

Stashluk was fantastic! Our generator failed during Sandy & the original installers would not respond because they don't support the product (they only install WT?). There we were with a 90 year old mother in law on Oxygen, a nubulizer & no electricity. As you can imagine we were in a real panic!Our neighbors had a "Stashluk" installed generator and threw us a line. They said Call Stashluk which we did. Stashluk made the extraordinary effort to reach us during Sandy, with in an hour & got our generator back up and running after a quick repair.Stashluk was Fantastic & we now have a service plan with Stashluk. A lesson learned; If you have a generator installed A:) make sure the company is close and can get to you during an emergency like Sandy. B:) Use a reliable company who will support the generator in the future. We recommend Stashluk to all our friends. Our experience with Stashluk was Priceless!

Excellent customer focus + the right product at a great price!

The generator has not been installed yet, but my meeting with Mr. Huettenmoser was very postitive. He listened to my questions, gave straight answers, and was honest throughout the process of choosing the right generator for my needs. Stashluk's quote was a significantly better value than a quote I received from a different vendor several months ago.

Terrible Customer Service

After Hurricane Sandy I had purchased a Generac Generator for my home. After being without power for 15 days I waited and called the recommended people in my area and saw that Stashluk was HIGHLY recommended. Unfortunately, if you didn't purchase the generator from this company you might as well install it yourself because they will answer the phone and write down your information but that is all. It is a shame that they can pick and choose who they will deal with.

Saved the day!

Stashluk saved the day! During Sandy we had over filled our generator with oil shutting down the system leaving us with no power. In the after math of the storm Stashluk was able to make it out to us and correct the problem promptly and re-establishing generator power. We went another week w/o utility power but Stashluk kept of generator running! With an elderly 91 year old Mother on and Oxegen Nebulizer you can imagine how frantic we were when the generator went down! Stashluk saved the day!Many Thanks!!!

I have multiple properties and have used many different plumbing/HVAC companies in the past. E.J. Stashluk was the best company I have dealt with. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner. By far the best staff and technicians to date. Hands down best experience ever!

When I called the 1st time I got a live person, not a recorded message to press this & that!. We scheduled an appointment that very same call. One site visit to evaluate my needs & expectations plus answer all my questions and we exicuted a contract to install a whole house system.They filed the permits,managed inspections, Equipment arrived, they installed and explained my new system in laymens terms so I could understand. Best experience ever & now I'm ready for the next storm!!!
