The entire StarTek Electric team is very knowledgeable about the Generac product line and they conduct business and treat their customers with utmost professionalism. They do as they say! After doing a home assessment, John presented me with my coverage options along with outlining the installation process and stages. Once I made the decision to move forward with the purchase, John's installation team installed the generator exactly as we had discussed, without me even being present. After the installation process was completed and the generator was tested, John made sure i had a through understanding of the operation of the generator and transfer switch. Within the first week of operation, we had a loss of commercial power and the generator worked flawlessly by handling the entire household load. John also installed the Mobile Link for me which lets me know remotely if there is a change in generator status or if the generator is running due to a power outage. Great feature if you travel and want to know when your home is being served by generator power.

The day John from Startek Electric was to come for his initial consultation, I was expecting him to cancel because of an ice storm. To my surprise, he arrived just has we had scheduled. He listened to our needs, made his recomendations and helped to educate me about the Generac systems available. He quickly provided a quote with a few optional features. Within 2 weeks from our approval of the proposal, my system was installed and is now ready for the next power outage. I was very pleased with all of John's crew. The installation was done very professionally and quickly. John made sure that I was comfortable with the unit when he left and Startek handled my warranty registration for me. I would and will recommnd Startek to anyone who is thinking of a generator system.
