Great product and great service

Installing a 15 kW generac stand-by generator at my home 10 years ago was the smartest thing I've done as a homeowner. Finding "Stand-by You" in Cranford, NJ to service my genset was the next smartest thing I've ever done. "Stand-by You" has kept my genset running smoothly with an annual maintenance program that includes a complete check of the system (genset and transfer switch).I am very pleased with both the product and the service.

Excellent

Ron was very responsive. Agreed to meet us according to our own schedule (ie, in the evening). The price was fair. We had a few oddities about our particular house and Ron was able to work with the electric company and electricians to make the system work for us. Extra work was required for which he did not charge us. I have no reservations whatsoever about referring Standby You.
