Great company!
After talking to, inviting to my home, 5 or 6 different installers this was by far the most comfortable I felt. This was not a "sales man" this was a Standby Power Pro(fessional) that, yes, run a business but also, more so, were very genuinely concerned about my home and my install. The price was not the lowest initially but later it was met and everything was included, no surprises, no additions. All permits and inspections were handled in a timely manner and the install went smooth and as scheduled. Everything looks and works great and I know if there is a problem they'll be here in a heartbeat to take care of it.
